Admission
requirements
Applicants should have a good
university bachelor's level degree (B.A. or BSc), or equivalent. It is
strongly recommended that this degree is in a finance, economics or
business related area. This is not essential but students with other
types of degrees may be asked to pass a pre-course examination. The
level of the programme demands a certain basic knowledge of finance.
Candidates will be expected to have a minimum level of computer
literacy, including word processing and spread-sheet skills, and must
be fluent in English. A minimum level of TOEFL 580 (237 on the computer
based test), IELTS 6.5 or another equivalent university recognized
standard is required.
No work experience is necessary
to join this programme.
Positions in the MSc programme will be awarded by the MscIF admissions
committee presided by the scientific director of the programme. The
GMAT test is not mandatory but useful to the admissions office in
evaluating candidates who may appear to be 'borderline' with regard to
other admission criteria.
The final selection process may include interviews with short-listed
candidates and examination of personal references.
